Molteni is the first independent industrial group in the high-end design furniture sector with 100% made in Italy production. In collaboration with the most prestigious international architectural firms and designers, the Group combines constant investment in research and technological innovation, to give its products an intrinsic quality that lasts over time. It includes four brands, each leader in its segment: Molteni & C (home furniture), Dada (kitchens), UniFor (solutions for the workplace), Citterio (partition walls and office furniture).

The Molteni & C | Dada style has always been in dialogue with the protagonists of the world of architecture. The 2021 narrative project, conceived by creative director Vincent Van Duysen, is a tribute to two great protagonists of one of the most creative seasons of Italian architecture and design, two interpreters, in parallel but with autonomous languages, of the Modern Movement and revolution of Rationalism: Ignazio Gardella and Carlo Scarpa. The first born in Milan in 1905 and the second in Venice in 1906, after just one year, they have addressed common themes in parallel in the designing both public and private architecture, exhibitions and museums, always with particular attention to detail, with the ability to control the design, from the architectural scale to that of the interiors and furnishings. Both have been able to look at the housing project as a complex theme, where all the parties must dialogue and be coherent with each other. Shapes, rules, details, material and chromatic palettes by Gardella and Scarpa are the sources of inspiration for a tribute to the great teaching they have left us with their works.
